Which condo should I book at Pacific Winds?

One of the questions we get asked often is “Which condo should I book at the Pacific Winds in Lincoln City?” With multiple condos to choose from in the same complex, this is an excellent question. And the answer varies depending on your needs and desires.

All condos at the Pacific Winds complex in Lincoln City have some fabulous standard amenities, like river rock gas fireplaces, patios and balconies with private hot tubs, free wi-fi, an indoor heated pool, and fitness facility, covered garage parking, elevator access and more.

The primary differences between units are:

  • Floor level
  • Floor plan
  • Furnishings

Floor Level

Since Pacific Winds is located on a bluff approximately 50 feet above sea level, all four floors have great views and privacy from the patio or balcony. Guests with young children may be more comfortable on the ground floor, so they don’t have to worry about the noise of young ones running around. With all floor elevator access, accessibility isn’t an issue.

Hot tip: You can preview the view from each unit in the pictures on each vacation rental listing.

Floor Plan

There are three standard floor plans:

  • Master ocean view, which features a narrower living room so that both the living room and master bedroom are ocean front.
  • Living room ocean view, which features a wider living room with broader windows.
  • Corner unit, which features a living room ocean view with windows on two walls.

All units, regardless of layout, are 1100 square feet.

Fun idea: We have some guests who pick a different unit floor level and floor plan each stay for their first few stays to determine if they have a favorite.

Furnishings

Furniture is the most subjective criteria. Units vary between king, queen and twin beds. Some units sleep 6 with the addition of a Murphy bed or sofa sleeper in the living room. Couches, recliners, chairs, and decorations also distinguish between the look and feel of each unit.

Planning Tip: The details page for each condo goes into more detail on bed types, the number of guests each unit sleeps and extra-special amenities. All pictures are current and can give a good indication of whether or not the furniture will suit your needs.
