When relaxing or dining in this spacious condo, guests will experience unmatched views of the Pacific Ocean. Additionally, Sand Dollar provides the opportunity to see sunrise and sunset from the warm, relaxing waters of your own private hot tub located on the ocean view patio.
This first floor, corner pop-out vacation home also has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances for those who prefer preparing their own cuisine. A river rock gas fireplace is the center piece of the living area where guests can enjoy a romantic evening.
There are also boundless entertainment options! Sand Dollar has been well equipped with games for family night and an LCD HDTV with DVD in the living room for late night movies. Additional HD televisions can be found in each bedroom so everyone can enjoy their favorite entertainment.

"THIS IS PROBABLY THE BEST-UNIT AT PW. POPOUT PROVIDES GREAT NORTH VIEWS. CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN. IT IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED DOEWN TO SPICES AND FOIL AND CLEAR WRAP. BEDS ARE COZY AND COMFY. GREAT BATHS. HOT TUB WAS PERFECT AND NEVER GOT CLOUDY ( I DID NOT HAVE KIDS TO PEE IN IT!!!) ON LEVEL 1—WALK OUT DOOR TO FIND GREAT BEACHS VIEWS. I HAD ONE GULL THAT CAME EVERY DAY FOR MY LEFT OVER TOAST. I CALLED HIM GULLY!!! SUNSETS AEE MAGNIFICENT AND WERE GREAT WHEN EVER THER WAS SUN OUT, SIME DAYS CLOUDY AND A LITLE RAIN BUT NEVER MIND THAT ON THE OR COAST!!! "We've had a number of beach rentals on both the East Coast and the West Coast, and this was our best experience to date. The great location was a given, but the condition of the unit and the quality of its amenities stood out. The process (booking, parking, check-in, check-out) were seamless. Even our hard-to-impress teen couldn't say anything about good about the rental and our stay. Every day should start (and end) in a hot tub overlooking the ocean. Hopefully ours will again soon."

"The condo was nice and clean. Soft comfortable beds. Easy access from parking garage since this condo is located right across from the elevator. We didn't hear any noise from the elevator but not too many children during our visit. The view is amazing. Access to the beach is a block away either direction with many stairs down to the beach. The porch is very private. Location is close to both ends of Lincoln City. We would rent this condo again."

"The condo was immaculate and well furnished. My husband and I loved the spa at sunset as you could look out over the ocean and watch the seagulls fly by. In just a short walk you could be on the beach, or at the movie theater, or browsing the antique shops or having lunch at one of the restaurants! I also really enjoyed the indoor pool so I could do my exercises. Every day I was the only one in the pool enjoying the water and feeling entirely refreshed after my swim. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation, free of stress and totally relaxing!"

"We enjoyed our week-long stay September 2022. Interestingly enough, most of the parking is underground. There were hand luggage carts available to haul our stuff into the elevator and to our condo door. We loved that! The condo was beautiful and clean. The grounds and building were well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Mattresses were firm, like a posture-pedic. Fortunately, the entrance to the beach was less than 3 minutes away walking distance. The location is central to everything in Lincoln City. The sofa was comfortable to lounge on. The two recliners were a nice bonus. The hot tub fit people comfortably, and was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, etc. All the appliances worked well, except for the toaster. We called the manager & he brought a new one within 20 minutes. That was impressive. Overall, everyone was nice and helpful. Thank you for renting us your condo."

"Such a delightful feeling to walk into well appointed, home away right smack dab at the oceans edge. We checked out the art galleries, the D Lake neighborhood, and the bakery up the street was great for warm just baked goodies. We ate at the Sea Hag in Depoe Bay. Food and prices were very good. We took some food to prepare for ourselves and spices and herbs were provided. Barnacle Bills on Hwy 101 has wonderful seafood. Not cheap but we each had fresh Dungeness crab cocktails for our lunch. So good. Hot tub was immaculate and the bed was very comfy. Only negative was the sun’s glare which made reading and watching a movie difficult in early evening. Some pleated shades could remedy that. We will definitely be back."

"We thought Sand Dollar looked good from the pictures, but when we actually got there it exceeded those expectations! Literally walk out the door and stand at the cliff looking over the ocean. The condo was well outfitted with almost anything you need, the beds were extremely comfortable, and loved the fireplace. Love that you can sit in the hot tub and look out at the ocean! Amenities in the building were mostly closed due to Covid, but everything looked sparkling clean. Quick, easy beach access. Parking in the building was easy, tons of spots, but very limited on the streets around, so be prepared if you're bringing more than one car. Great central Lincoln City location, walkable to shops and restaurants on the main road."

There is parking for one vehicle per home in the garage parking area and additional vehicles can park in the north lot or along the street which is directly infront of the Pacific Winds building.

"This was my first time in a condo and I can’t imagine I’ll ever stay in a hotel again after this. All the comforts of home at your finger tips. I especially loved sitting in the hot tub on the deck and being so close to the Ocean. The property was clean and very well maintained. Super comfortable beds and a fire place. Pool and Rec room. My husband and I went for our traditional Valentines Day weekend away together. It’s close to the shops and the beach. The on-site maintenance man was very helpful and kind. We loved it so much that we are going to bring the children and rent it again this summer. This was one of the best experiences in my 39 years I’ve ever had staying somewhere. Thank you Sand Dollar for creating such an amazing place."

"We came to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. This condo's kitchen is very well stocked. Trust me, you don't even have to bring your favorite knife. The dining room table won over driving out to a restaurant for any meal. The bathrooms were bright and clean and the beds were very comfortable. I do wish there had been some kind of music CD player but that is my only wish left unfullfilled. We brought our electric bikes for riding along the streets next to the ocean. And we hope to come more often in our retirement years."

"Our visit to Lincoln City and Pacific Winds was relaxing and perfectly fit our needs. Our rental unit, along with the larger property and surrounding neighborhood, were well maintained and quiet. We were seldom aware of "others." The ocean view outside the unit was wonderful. We were able to find a road to drive down to the beach just two blocks away. The drive south to Depoe Bay (to meet friends) and to Newport (for other activities) was short and safe and the local grocery store was just a mile up the road. My husband has advanced Parkinson's disease, so the open floor plan and spacious bathrooms and grab bars in the shower were so appreciated. Every feature of the unit was clean and functioning properly. A wonderful getaway."

"Pacific Winds-Sand Dollar is a beautiful and well maintained condo on the coast or Oregon. From the moment we arrived for a three night stay, everything was perfect. We first spoke to Chris from Keystone and arranged a showing with very short notice. He could not have been more helpful or professional. The condo is well appointed with everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy. The views are outstanding and there is a hot tub for 2 out on the balcony with plenty of privacy. Access to the beach is easy and it it a beautiful beach with crashing waves. You can walk for miles. Close to grocery’s and resterant although we did not leave the condo until our last evening. You can’t go wrong!"

"The condo was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The best part was the living/dining/kitchen area with the large windows onto the coast. The pictures represent it well, but don't do justice to the beauty of it. Management sent detailed check-in instructions a week before the stay.and they had a notebook on the counter in the kitchen with further instructions on maintenance, the hot tub, laundry, dishes, etc. All was clearly spelled out. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to be on the coast, have a clean, upscale place to stay, a hot tub with a view, and also wants to be within walking distance of the main street. "Our family stayed at the Pacific Winds - Sand Dollar for the week of July 12-19, 2014 and absolutely LOVED it and didn't want to ever leave! Everything was just as pictured, except that there was not a telescope, but a pair of binoculars instead. The kitchen was VERY well stocked, and the hot tub was heavenly! The swimming pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, as was the game room and workout room, and we were always the only ones using it, which was a treat as well. The easy beach access is right down the street, and you have the option of taking the short walk, or you can even drive down onto the sand. We walked into town and ate a great breakfast at Maxell's, bought smoked salmon at Barnacle Bill's, and had fun shopping in all of the cute stores. We took a hike to Drift Creek Falls in Newport, which is a MUST SEE! The Sand Dollar shows a lot of pride in ownership and was an AAA+++ experience and our best vacation ever by far! It was so relaxing listening to the ocean and call of the seagulls...we took some gorgeous photos from the patio and will never forget that view and the sunsets. We will be counting the days until we return and have already recommended this property to several friends and family members!"

It was easy access to the room from unloading in the garage, to using the spacious elevator and just a short hallway to the room. With a travel wheelchair we were able to easily maneuver into the hall bathroom. The carpet is a bit plush and my aunt was unable to push herself. Something to consider if you rent this unit.

"Chris from keystone was great and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The unit was clean and well furnished. It was the ground level unit . we were able to have a nice view of the ocean. It was very relaxing we had to move 4 times to get a total of 8 days and it was worth it. we enjoyed seeing the different units and thanks to the housekeeping staff , they made each move seamless"

"I needed a getaway for the weekend and booked a last minute reservation with keystone vacation rentals. They were very helpful and prompt with information after booking which was impressive. When I arrived at the condo it was very clean and had a nice homey feeling to it. The kitchen was super nice and it was very helpful with it being stocked with everything I needed to cook. The pictures did not do justice with the views from inside and outside on the back patio. The hot tub was amazing with being able actually watch the waves come to shore. I would love to return to this condo for another weekend getaway."
