"Overall, great experience with Keystone Vacation Rentals. We have never rented from this company before and we usually rent from another local company, however, their fees have gone way up, so I started looking for another company to rent from. The booking process was easy and the follow up communicate from Keystone was good. I received my check in information about a week before our arrival. Check in was easy and with no issues. On arrival, we a found the unit to be spotless, everything looked just like it did online there were no surprises. After looking around, the unit was well stock for our stay. We will definitely rent from them again when we are visiting the Oregon coast."

A Wonderful Stay
"We have been to Lincoln City many times, but this was by far the best AirBNB we have rented. It was everything as advertised. The unit was spacious, very clean, well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, tableware, really everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, with a TV in each room and a comfortable bed in each as well. But the star was the location, right on the beach, and the views. Breathtaking sunsets and the sound of waves crashing. We liked the elevator and the luggage carts that made access to the unit simple and easy. I highly recommend this place!"

"Our stay was awesome! So calm and relaxing - we were able to have some quality time together. My mother has had some serious medical issues that have gotten her pretty down. To see the way the condo and view brought her back to her animated self was priceless. The condo is beautiful and the view amazing! My brother and I were able to stand on the deck and watch the meteor shower. We can't wait to stay again! The place was clean, well stocked and the employees that we encountered were wonderful."

"My husband always struggles to find comfortable seating when on vacation. The recliners in the living room were the most comfortable he's ever experienced! The condo is spacious and great for anyone with mobility issues. We loved the location. A short walk to beach access and restaurants. We walked to Zellar's Bar and Grill two times. The nearby bakery had an amazing toffee caramel apple. I have been to Lincoln City a zillion times and made new discoveries this trip--Spring Lake was a great destination run from the condo. I didn't know that Devil's Lake Homeowner's had a 3rd of July fireworks show. We made good use of the workout room but note dumb bells went from 10 to 20 lbs."

"Stayed at Pacific Winds for the weekend and couldn't have been more pleased. Everything noted in the rental listing was accurate. The unit was spotless and well-appointed with amenities. The check-in process was easy, and instructions were provided by Keystone in advance (no last minute emails). The ocean view was amazing being right on the beach bluff (note that access to the beach requires a quick 2-block walk down the street). Sitting in the hot tub in the evening, and then with a cup of coffee in the morning, watching and listening to the surf was very relaxing. The property is located in a great spot about middle of Lincoln City, so it's easy to get to restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. We'll be back!"

"Pacific Winds is the perfect getaway on the Oregon coast! Start with the covered parking, out of the wind and rain. Easy to unload, using complimentary luggage carts, and then straight to the elevator and up to the condo. Open the door and be amazed by the fresh open space of the living and kitchen area. And the view can’t be any better. Floor to ceiling windows and door lead out to the balcony. The units sit high above the sandy beach and ocean. Every balcony has its own private hot tub (personal favorite amenity). You can walk down to the beach in a few minutes, it is rather steep but safe paved road. As I have gotten older, I now prefer to make the 5 minute drive to the D river wayside to access the beach. Totally recommend!!!"

"This is aw great spot and will definitely return. I booked online without any knowledge of the units so I was just going by the photos. I have had bad experiences that the units are always as the picture depicts. Not the case here, WYSIWYG! This is conveniently located to explore the rest of the coast and awesome view from the room if you just want to not go anywhere! It was a special birthday for me and made it even more special not to be disappointed."

"Wonderful place to relax between stops traveling in Oregon. Even though we had some gray skies just listening to the ocean while relaxing, playing games and watching the World Series was great. The unit was clean and comfortable and fairly well stocked with dishes, pot and pans. Getting to use the washer and dryer was a real plus. Good location for travel up and down the coast. The sunsets were magnificent."

The amenities were great..we used the gym and pool plus our private hot tub on the patio. Anazing vuews and fell asleep listening to the ocean. We drove into town which was a few blocks away and shopped the little stores. Our favirite resteraunt was Kyllo's which was right diwn the street. You will not be disappointed..Best place to stay fir vacation. We will definately be going back!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Lincoln City. This was one of many trips we've made to Lincoln City, but our first stay at this condo. Everything was beautiful and in perfect working order. Following a hot, busy summer, this was our only vacation planned, and with rain predicted this one week, we were enormously pleased that there wasn't a drop! Sunny most of the time, but cloudy and pleasant 70's and 80's the rest. Gorgeous sunsets. Beautiful View from 3rd floor. Enjoyed the hot tub and deck chairs. Bonus memory: we saw 4 deer up the street in someone's front yard on our way to the casino. Got some great pics of the deer and of the ocean and beach. Excellent time at this condo! We'll be back!"

"Let me start by acknowledging & thanking Chris at Keystone Vacation Rentals who answered my first inquiry e-mail and called me the same day, & then equally promptly answered multiple question e-mails leading to our stay. Always with much patience and professionalism.
My family and I have been coming to Lincoln City since I was a child. We have stayed in camp grounds, cheap and pricey motels/hotels and also rented homes. I chose this property because I wanted something extra special for my mother's birthday. The price of the condo makes it a great value, better than renting multiple hotel rooms!
The grounds are well kept, all public areas well maintained & our actual condo surpassed all of our expectations!
The condo itself & the team that comes in to prepare/clean it, had it in immaculate condition. The decor was thoughtfully done with a modern flair. The carpet comfy, rooms all spacious, & each person had enough space so we never felt crowded. The kitchen is large, well equipped with everything you need, & the condo was well stocked with all necessary essentials.
Our kids enjoyed the activity room & the pool - it was perfectly heated and clean.
If all that is not enough, your own private hot tub on a spacious deck (adorned with cute furniture) that overlooks the ocean - cannot be beat! We used it from morning to night!
And finally the view - we were even able to look out over a wedding taking place on the beach!
The condos are in a perfect location - right in town & close to the outlets/casino.
I will definitely be back! I am already recommending the website to all our friends and family! My only tip is to book early - they fill up quickly.

The location of the condo in Lincoln City was perfect for us, too-there were things to do nearby (Roads End at low tide, hikes just out of town, walking on the beach, good restaurants and coffee, etc) and it was easy to take day trips to the south (like Bandon Beach, Oregon Dunes, Sea Lion Caves) and North (wine country, Cannon Beach, etc).

"Great condo overlooking the beach on the 3rd floor. Everything seemed relatively new. Carpet, furniture, & bedrooms were very clean and comfy. Kitchen also had everything you needed to make dinner. They had an electric grill we didn't use. Hot tub was clean and functioned well. Separate towels were provided for use after the hot tub. Nice chairs on the deck to look out on the ocean. Washer & dryer worked well. You have to walk about 3 short blocks to the beach access. Not bad at all. Very windy here though. The pool room was pretty small, hot and humid, but nice to have. Would definitely return to this condo again. Awesome weekend in an awesome condo."
