Exquisitely furnished, this spacious vacation home includes a large LCD television in the living room complemented with a Blu Ray DVD and HD cable package that includes the PAC-12 Networks for your entertainment pleasure. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops awaits those who want to dine with a view.
After an eventful day along the Oregon Coast, find rest and relaxation on the king beds located in the master and guest suite or enjoy the jetted bath in the master bathroom. The condo also has a third bedroom with a queen bed and each bedroom is equipped with LCD televisions and Blu Ray players.

"We love to stay here. Always clean and welcoming. Love that there is a washer and dryer. We wash our towels if we use them all. I cook a few breakfasts in the kitchen otherwise we eat out, one of our favorite places is Sea Hag which is only 1 mile south. We swam in pool and used treadmill and stationary bike. In the condo, the view of the ocean from living area and kitchen is absolutely amazing. We watch the ocean from the time we wake up til we go to bed. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We will continue our tradition of staying once a year in the winter. It’s the best place to stay. Love it."

"This condo has an amazing view over the cliffs. On one day of our stay whales came and we spent several hours watching them. Our great-grandchildren and their family stopped by on their way to Gracies’s Sea Hag for lunch and were fascinated watching them. In addition the condo was spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we went to sleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs. We are looking forward to staying there another time."

"Condo was as described, very clean and comfortable, modern. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony and the living room windows was fantastic. The condo is quiet and has great amenities. We used the pool and hot tub (that could be a little warmer though), and played pool in the clubhouse, We didn't use the theater in the clubhouse because there weren't any family movies (bring you own!) but it looked like it would be fun to use! Waves crashing and whales feeding just outside the balcony made for some fantastic morning and evening viewing. Close proximity to Newport or Lincoln City. Overall a great place to stay, will stay again."

"The condo was well stocked in the kitchen so we were able to cook our Thanksgiving meal with no problem. The views of the ocean are just incredible and because of the king waves and tide this weekend, the ocean was churning and very beautiful. "The condo has everything you need inside to enjoy a stay on the Oregon coast. The furnishings were nice, the beds were comfortable, and kitchen was fully stocked. But the biggest plus is the view!!! It was amazing!! We saw whales and sea lions from the deck every day we were there. On a couple of occasions whales were feeding right there and stuck around for a while. We also had a bald eagle fly over a couple of times. I was able to get a pretty ok photo of one of them, so I can prove it. Ha! I’d love to say here again."

"Felt like a home away from home, very clean, and cozy. With an absolutely gorgeous and breath taking view. We spent the majority of the time in the chairs by the windows, commenting on the waves and playing games at the table. We will definitely stay again at any of the suites here. There were plenty of towels and washcloths (if not there’s a washer and dryer) also plenty of pot and pans, dishes and utensils. Our shower was great, and supplied with shampoo soap & conditioner. I was in need of a foot stool (to shave my legs) if I rent this particular one (Seaview) I might just bring one. Close to restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking. Gracie’s Sea Hag in Depoe Bay or drive north to Dory Cove. Even grocery stores if you need groceries."

"This place never disappoints! I've stayed here twice before with family and this time wanted to show it off to friends. Immaculately clean as always, the view to die for....we had a great time sitting around the huge 6 seat dining room table playing games and putting puzzles together which were supplied by the condo. All while lusting to the great Bose sound system. Cable has all the channels you can imagine for sports and movies. The pizza place delivers so there's no need to ever leave the incredible view. Sunsets were incredible as was standing down on the rocks below as the waves crashed. Every kitchen utensil, out and pan you'd ever need and my friends loved the bar area with the beautiful shaker and every liquor glass you could want. The fireplace is of course a highlight as is the beautiful decor."

"The condo was very nice and just the right size for our group of 5 adults. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there and the kitchen was large enough to accommodate this and was stocked with everything we needed, even parchment paper! "This was our second stay at Sea View, and it was everything we remembered it to be. It’s hard to beat this particular unit for its perfect, unobstructed view of the waves crashing all day. With the unit’s wall of windows, the view is all sea all the time. The beauty and comfort of the furniture, the memory foam beds, the oversized master bathtub, the kitchen accessories made it feel so luxurious, and the artwork and decoration is the icing on the cake. Our young adult sons love the beautifully maintained pool and we all enjoyed the pool table in the clubhouse. This is one of the few places we have stayed in which the quality and high standard of maintenance has not gone downhill over time. It was sparkling clean & functional. LOVE IT HERE!"

"This is the 4th New Years that we have spent at the Village at North Pointe, the second in this unit. Again it is sad to leave. This unit is incredible. The view is breathtaking. This was a stormy few days, and the waves crashing against the rocks were incredible. The place was clean, as always, and very welcoming. The layout is perfect, with the bedrooms on one side and the living area by the ocean. It’s perfect if someone wants to go to bed early while the others want to still watch movies. "My husband & I rented this condo for our 38th wedding anniversary. There was a storm brewing & we were there for it. This condo is right on the ocean with rocks not far from the windows & deck. It is so much cooler watching a storm with rocks verses sand. We had an incredible time & I would recommend this place to anyone. Besides the view the condo is equipped with anything you may need to cook your own meals or go to any of the many restaurants in the area. The club house has a fantastic pool, hot tub, theater room, pool table and more. You will not be disappointed."

The whales this year have been very playful and fun to watch. There are some great whale watching excursions available that previous guests have also enjoyed. Regarding a gas grill, the HOA doesn't allow any open flames on the balconies due to the fire hazard with the cedar shake siding.

"This condo was a dream for watching the winter waves. Everything was flawless: check in, check out, parking, comfort, super clean, tasteful decor. This condo is uniquely positioned so you can see the waves crash on the rocks because it’s on the second floor so just high enough, and because the rock formation is different right outside the door. The property is located right on the ocean and the views from the backside of the condo are breathtaking and amazing. The walk out glass patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while you are entertained by the spouting or surfacing whales right in front of the unit. Village at North Pointe is a short walk or drive into Depoe Bay where the resident gray whales can be viewed within the bay area. "We absolutely loved this condo. It is beautifully furnished, well-equipped with pretty much every utensil, dish, and appliance you could need for a stay. There is even binoculars, as spotting scope, and marine animal identification cards to help you figure out what all you are seeing in the water in front of the condo. The location is great, because it is in between Newport and Lincoln City, so you have easy access to the outlet shopping and to the restaurants, shops, wineries, and lighthouses along the coast. "Vacationing with my elderly in-laws, Sea View was the perfect place to stay. From the living room we spotted whales, a sea lion, and many birds and boats. The second-floor view of the waves smashing on the rocks was beautiful and mesmerizing, soothing, and endlessly entertaining. This condo is the perfect place to enjoy nature with seniors or folks with disabilities who cannot easily get down to a beach because it's RIGHT THERE, so close you can almost touch it. They appreciated the easy access to the second floor via the elevator. Clean unit with a very usable kitchen. The only thing we wished for was a card table for our puzzle."

"This is the second time we have stayed in this condo with our moms and all of us enjoy the fantastic view of the Pacific Ocean. All rooms are very clean and layout of condo is spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. We usually just cook our food in the unit. The kitchen has all the amenities of my home kitchen, except this one is better because of the view. Beds are comfortable and unit is quiet. All three bedrooms were beautifully decorated, clean, well-maintained and the beds with the memory foam mattress were great. The living room had two chairs that face the ocean and there was always someone sitting in them. Great L shape couch that was very comfortable. Even though we did not cook in the kitchen it was fully stock more than any condo I have stayed in on the coast. Did I say it was so clean and beautiful. We did use the swimming pool in the club house and this area was again above what I excepted. This condo was great for my family get together but could see coming back with another couple since it had two master suites. Also glad it was on the second floor for the views as well. The floor to ceiling windows run the entire length of the living and dining areas to take advantage of the view. The kitchen is very well stocked and I love all the decorating touches. The mattresses are very comfy. The pool house with a pool, hot tub, exercise room, pool table and lounging areas is excellent. We took our brother and sister-in-law and they loved it too. "We were not expecting such an elegant condo! We were surprised at the closeness to the ocean. The condo was in top shape and nicely furnished. It pleased us so much to have 2 master king suites as well as one more bedroom to share together with another couple. The beach at the state park just a mile north was full of agates and amazing beauty! The clubhouse and swimming pool with spa were another bonus for us. We had a wonderful, memorable weekend! No complaints. Everything was true to the rental company listing and contract."

"If you want to experience great views of crashing waves within 50 feet... stay here. The furnishings, the kitchen, the beds were wonderful. For all those that are in wheel chairs off and on during the days (I only use a wheel chair at night when I take off my artificial leg) this place will work amazing. The door widths are all over 30" plus both bathrooms are easily to maneuver. We will be back for all of the above. Plus the condo is only 5 minutes to a great restaurant called Side Door Cafe in Gleneden Beach, Oregon."

"My two daughters, three teenage grandchildren and myself spent five nights here and it was incredible. We loved everything about this place. The views were amazing, the seas were high so the splashing waves were magnificent. The whales were migrating, so we saw hundreds of whales. The layout of this condo was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed having a TV and Blu-ray player in every room so that we could each choose our own entertainment. We also loved the beautiful dining room table or we could all play games and look at the ocean. The kitchen was beautifully appointed, lacking nothing"

"The unit was clean and very well stocked! There was even a crab pot!! It is a little distance from Depoe Bay so we couldn't walk into town, but not a problem. The BEST part tho, was the ocean ... RIGHT THERE! We were there during a storm so it was spectacular!

"I recently took my husband here for his birthday. The condo was extremely spacious with high end decor and amenities. The view was spectacular with whales, sea lions and other wildlife passing right in front of the condo. I should mention the service as well, because the management was so helpful. We headed back home and realized we forgot a bag with our laptop. The cleaning person had already texted the management by the time we called and they arranged for us to immediately get it. "What a great little condo. The rooms are larger than most - you pretty much get two masters. The third bedroom is small but even my adult sister didn't mind sleeping in it.
The view cannot be beat. If I were buying a unit I'd buy this one or the one to the south. They had the most amazing views of the offshore reef.
The unit is comfortable, calming and spotlessly clean. The rental company is professional and friendly and quickly answered any question.

Our family of five stayed at the Sea View condo and were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our stay. The condo was immaculate,spacious, beautifully decorated and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen had all the amenities we required plus more!! We appreciated all the little extras like beach towels, paper towel,toilet paper dish soap, laundry soap and travel shampoos/conditioner/soap. It was great to whale watch from our balcony and use the binoculars provided (and yes we did see several whales!). We all enjoyed having access to the clubhouse to swim or play pool after a busy day exploring the coast.

The motorhome would need to park along the street. During the off season, a second vehicle can park in the parking area.

The total tax due for a desired time period is shown in the online quote. The Village at North Pointe does not allow smoking on the balconies, but does have a designated smoking area near the entrance to the complex.
